A meeting of Alpha Phi Omega was held. October 23, 1951 in room 11 of the Physical Education Building.  Acting Chairman, Ronald Mansback called the meeting to order at seven o'clock and proceeded with the election of officers.   The following officers were elected.

Also elected were the Chairmen of the following committees.

A delegation was chosen to attend the Planning Conference of the Hampshire-Franklin Council to be held the afternoon of October 21, 1951.  Service projects were discussed but no action was taken on them.  Members were asked to bring suggestions for service projects to the next meeting.  It was hoped that the charter and necessary papers would arrive in time for the next meeting, filled out and return to headquarters as soon as possible.  The motion passed to affect that the meeting time will be held at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
